What's new

U.S. Immigration Visa Application Fee will Increase on JANUARY 1, 2008

Please be advised:

The Department of State is increasing the Immigrant Visa (IV) Application Processing Fee by 20 USD from 335 USD to 355 USD effective on January 1, 2008.  The total immigrant visa fee bill will therefore change from 380 USD to 400 USD.  All IV applicants who have already paid the old fee of 335 USD prior to January 1, 2008 will not be required to pay any additional fees.  However, applicants who make their payment after January 1, 2008 will be required to pay the increase.
