No one can guarantee the issuance of a visa to you. The only U.S. consular office in Guangzhou is located on the 5th floor at Tianyu. All U.S. government forms are free. Beware: many visa applicants lose money or are permanently barred from the United States as a result of misleading information and fraudulent applications provided by visa consultants. Location of Consular Section
The Consular Section of the U.S. Consulate General in Guangzhou is located in the Tian Yu Gardens building in the Tian He district of Guangzhou. All consular services, including passports and American Citizen Services, Non-Immigrant and Immigrant visas and the Adoptions Unit are located this facility. The Department of Homeland Security/U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is also located there.
