Departure Verification

  1. Present original G-146 form issued by the DHS - Immigration and Customs Enforcement before you were deported.
  2. Present Deportation Order issued by the Immigration Court.
  3. Present air ticket and boarding pass evidencing date of your departure from the U.S.
  4. Present Chinese Passport or Travel Document evidencing date of returning to China.
