Effective Immediately: All Overcome Documents Must Be Mailed to the Consulate

Effective immediately, the U.S. Consulate in Guangzhou is no longer accepting appointments to submit documents to overcome refusals of immigrant visa cases. All applicants must now mail their documents directly to the U.S. Consulate at this address:

Please include all original refusal sheets with your documents and a return address. Your documents CANNOT be accepted without the original refusal sheets. Also, please do NOT submit your passports by mail.

After you submit your documents, the Consulate will contact you by mail explaining how to proceed with your case. If you have not received a response after three months, please email, fax, or send a letter to the Consulate at: http://www.usembassy-china.org.cn/Guangzhou/iv/email.html(email), +86-(0)20-3884 4412 (fax), or the above address (mail).
