China Adoptions Now Governed by Hague Adoption Convention

As of April 1, 2008, all adoptions of children from China are governed by the Hague Adoption Convention. For specific information on the Hague process, and how to get started, please visit the Department of State's adoption website for Chinese adoptions here and see the attachments below.
