Hawaii & Guangdong Governors Ink Cooperation Agreement

Hawaii Governor Linda Lingle  and Guangdong Governor Huang Huahua celebrated the 25th anniversary of sister-state-province relationship and signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) June 11 to deepen exchange and cooperation, particularly in trade and investment, new energy, science and technology, education and training, tourism, agriculture and food, culture, sports and public health.
