K Category Non-immigrant Visa Application Processing Fee Has Increased

Please be advised that the State Department has published a final rule to adjust the Schedule of Fees for Consular Services including Visa Services.  Most non-immigrant visa processing fees have increased based on results of the cost of service study.  Please note that starting Friday, June 4, the new application and processing fee for K category non-immigrant visa will be $350.  All prospective K category visa applicants who have paid the current fee of $131 at one of the designated branches of China CITIC Bank  will have to pay a differential at any of these collection facilities prior to interviewing.  View the updated Schedule of Immigrant Visa Related Fees.
