Factiva is the World Wide Web version of Dow Jones News/Retrieval. It provides same day, full-text coverage, for The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angles Times, The New York Times, The Financial Times of London, and business sections from 54 papers around the country. It also provides full-text of over 265 regional newspapers and 175 international publications and papers. Approximately 2800 business and trade publications are also included.

The U.S. Government Printing Office announced free use of its GPO Access online service beginning December 1, 1995. All Internet and dial-in users can receive electronically, at no charge, the Congressional Record, Federal Register, the Congressional bills, and other important government documents on the same day of publication. The number of databases offered online via GPO Access is more than two dozen.
