Passport rules have changed significantly in the past few years, and your application method, and the requirements for a new passport, will vary considerably depending on your age and circumstances. Please choose a category below:

I'm a minor under age 16;

I'm age 16 or older (including adults) and would like to apply for a passport for the first time or renew my current passport;

I'd like to add additional pages;

I have a new born baby who needs a birth registration, passport, and Social Security Number;
