Secretary Clinton Meets with State Councilor Dai in Shenzhen

On July 25, Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton traveled to Shenzhen to meet with Chinese State Councilor Dai Bingguo.  During the 3-hour meeting, Secretary Clinton and State Councilor Dai reviewed the development of the bilateral relationship since the last U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue and discussed the agenda for the second half of the year.  They also exchanged views on regional and global issues of common concern.
