Treasury Rep Surveys Guangdong Economy

David Dollar, U.S. Embassy Beijing’s senior Treasury Department representative, visited Guangzhou and Shenzhen June 1-3 to meet with U.S. business and financial sector leaders.

He briefed them on the recent successful outcomes of the U.S.-China Strategic and Economic Dialogue, which took place in Beijing May 24-25. Business leaders, officials and scholars described recent financial and economic developments in south China.
