U.S. Education: Standing Room Only!

On March 10, Vice Consul Alison L. Behling continued the second installment of our evening U.S. Education series with a talk on U.S. Undergraduate study to over 120 people at Public Affairs Section. Ms. Behling briefed the audience on the U.S. higher education system, and explained campus life and the resources available to those who want to study in the USA. After her presentation, she engaged the audience with questions focusing on finding a school, choosing a major and so on.

On March 10, English Language Fellow Jordan Blen led a discussion with 20 local English teachers, titled Information Gap Task.

Mar 16 and 17, Public Affairs Officer Roxanne Cabral attended meetings with Vanderbilt University, South China Normal University and Sun Yat-sen University on the possibility of setting up American Centers in these two Chinese universities.
