US Hi-Tech at Shenzhen Electric Car Show

Consul General Brian L. Goldbeck attended the opening ceremony of the Shenzhen Electric Vehicle Show on November 5 and met with US representatives to discuss growing trade and investment opportunities in this rapidly expanding industry. Commercial Specialist Lena Yang accompanied him on his tour of the exhibition area, which included vehicles of all types from sedans to buses and even the first ever all battery powered American-made recreational vehicle or RV.  Environment, Science, Technology and Health Officer Andrew Griffin attended seminars and demonstrations at the show November 6-9, together with visiting representatives from the US Department of Energy.
