Visa applicants applying for a waiver now must submit their applications at the USCIS office

Effective immediately, applicants required to apply for a waiver will need to submit their waiver documents and pay the waiver application fee at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Guangzhou (USCIS) office (5th floor，2nd annex of  Tianyu Garden, 136-142, Linhe Zhong Road, Guangzhou) any Friday (except holidays) from 8:30 to 10:30am. The waiver application fee is USD585 per person/application.   After completing the application procedures at the USCIS office, they may return home and wait for further notice.  Our office will contact the applicants by mail and provide them with instructions once we receive a response from the USCIS Guangzhou office regarding their waiver application.
