Visa Fee Change – July 13, 2010

Please note that visa fees for non-Hague and Hague cases  (IR3, IR4, IH3, IH4) have increased from $400 to $404 effective July 13, 2010.

For services that require other than same-day processing, the fee change applies only to the date it is due. For example, petitioners whose facilitators have already paid $400 for Hague cases on July 12 or earlier, will not have to pay the additional $4 upon receipt of visas for their adoptive children a few months later.
