Dear Applicant,

We regret to inform you that because the worldwide limit for the I5 investor immigrant visa category has been reached, there are no more visas available.  Therefore, we are currently unable to complete processing of your case.  The I5 program expires on September 30, 2009, and it has not yet been renewed by the U.S. Congress.  Should the U.S. Congress renew this program in the future, we will be in contact with you on how to continue processing your case.  If you wish to contact the Consulate on the status of your case, or the status of the I5 investor visa program, you may email, fax or send a letter to the Consulate at: http://www.usembassy-china.org.cn/guangzhou/iv/email.html  (email), +86-(0)20-38844412 (fax), or immigrant Visa Unit, U.S. Consulate General, Guangzhou, 1 Shamian South Street, Shamian Island, Guangzhou 510133 (mail).
